Quality Inspection
Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all safety seals; our team will verify the request once photos of the item are uploaded.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 48-72 hours through our trusted courier partners.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes the final quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
